What this place is for
This is the operating manual for the AI Immersion for Founders. Everything you’ll use in practice — Claude, Lovable, Aikido, connectors, prompts, use cases — is documented here in founder language, with step-by-step instructions and links to official sources.
You don’t need to be technical. You need a real spreadsheet, a real pain point, and 10 minutes of patience per lesson.
How the content is organized
The platform has three layers that connect:
- Intelligence — Claude reads your data and reasons about it.
- Interface — Lovable turns that reasoning into a dashboard, CRM, or internal app.
- Shielding — Aikido protects everything you’ve built.
Each layer has modules. Each module has short lessons (3 to 8 minutes of reading) with:
- TL;DR — what you need to know if you only have 30 seconds.
- Concept — how it works in real life.
- Step-by-step — what to click, what to type, in what order.
- Ready-made prompt — for you to copy and paste into Claude.
- Gotchas — common mistakes that cost time and money.
Where to start
It depends on your goal:
- I want to understand the whole thing before doing → follow the order (M00 → M01 → M02 → M03…)
- I want to analyze a spreadsheet today → jump to Module 02 · Prompt Engineering and then Module 05 · Data Analysis.
- I want to build an internal dashboard → go straight to Module 06 · Lovable.
- I want to know how to protect all of this → Module 07 · Aikido.
The golden rule
AI doesn’t replace the founder. It replaces the time the founder loses doing analyst work.
The goal isn’t to become a programmer. It’s to operate your own company with more clarity, faster, and making fewer decisions in the dark.

None of this is required just to start reading. But to follow along hands-on, at least open Claude.ai in a tab.
